Nick Arrigo is the founding partner at DLI. Nick has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial insurance and has been practicing since 2015. Nick focuses on leading client retention and carrier relationships.

Spencer Freidenrich started his commercial insurance career in 2015 as a broker and became a partner at DLI in 2020. Spencer has experience in all aspects of commercial insurance and is focused on the agency’s operational excellence and efficiency.

Scottie Chapel started his career in 2014 selling life insurance and transitioned to commercial insurance in 2021. Since then he’s focused primarily on work comp insurance. He’s earned two specialty work comp certifications and is focused on business development and client relationships.

Kyle Burger started his insurance career in 2017 where he spent the first 5 years of his career at a direct carrier learning the ins and outs of how a carrier functions. Kyle is currently focusing on business development for DLI.

Amy started her commercial insurance career as a broker in 2015 and joined DLI in 2023. Prior to insurance, Amy served as a CPA for 5 years. Amy has extensive knowledge in all lines of insurance and focuses on serving her clients and on business development.
